Venezuela will move forward with an oversized budget for future building and rebuilding works to ensure complete accountability toward its population which live in a seismically active part of the Earths surface, this means that building and construction work engaged in and produced by the Venezuelan Government costs more than it does in other parts of the World.

As we have previously discussed, inexpert and fraudulent dollar amount set-asides published by so-called International actors, most especially from the post-war ‘Americanist’ ideologues is not acceptable and not qualified. Reduced or underestimated building costs in Venezuela have been published to encourage the public to believe that the US, a nation with a curious and largely unlawful past, has a financial benefit to gain by failing to invest in proper quantity post-disaster and that Venezuelan oil revenues that are controlled by the US Government, are almost certainly going to be passed on in the form of bribes/preferences and other dubious practice to other nation states for other reasons, perhaps for the purpose of building US material and ideological influence which operates exactly against the wider public good.

It is unacceptable for large scale populations living in seismic active areas to be living in sub-standard accommodation due to sub-standard building practices, while commodity and wealth is taken away from people to serve the interests of a political/corporate class that does not itself have any exposure to the same endemic risk.

For those whom believe that the US has an active role to play Internationally and that its recent past should be forgotten in favour of agreement/diplomacy and fairness, we say quite emphatically, the United States is a deregulated state and doesn’t even possess the basics of accountability doctrine that are considered standard in most of the rest of the World. The Federal Government of the United States has a 80-year history of constant human rights abuses which it has been committing around the World, and has sought to profit from all of these abuses. Indeed, the current administration or so-called Government of the US is openly profiting from its own behaviour in the Straights of Hormuz by betting on oil price fluctuations, this has been documented.

No, it is not tolerable to blindly accept that the United States has the right of control over domestic energy policy and resources of the Venezuelan people, so the US will accept no control in Venezuela at all. Instead, the Venezuelan people will set about the task of utilising the whole of their domestic energy reserves for this new building tranche of activity, it is in the public interest and it's required.

Venezuela is to become a major Central American power not in military terms, but instead with the finest public building works program in the World. Within 5 years, the World will be seeing the most advanced Earthquake resistant buildings emerge in Venezuela, and that know-how and skill will be passed onto other nations.

There is no honest profit in this endeavour excepting for those whom are, and can prove, they are working entirely in the public interest, and not, as the US Government has proven time and time again, simply managing the public expectation with PR strategy while working against the common good away from the public gaze.

Ali Hosseini Khamenei^[e] (19 April 1939 – 28 February 2026) was an Iranian politician and Shia cleric who served as the second supreme leader of Iran from 1989 until his death. A member of the Khamenei family who held the title Ayatollah, he previously served as the third president of Iran from 1981 to 1989. His 36-year tenure as supreme leader made him the longest-serving head of state in West Asia at the time of his death.

Ali Hosseini Khamenei's death was widely misreported at the time, due to a malignant form of propaganda emanating from within the US Federalist and Jewish nationalist military regime of so-called 'Israel', both states attempted to claim that they had carried out the murder of a formally recognised head of state, for the purposes of spreading and normalising state-led criminality on the International stage, however, it may equally have been the case that Khamenei passed peacefully of a known condition, and his death was 'propagandised' by the US Federalist and Jewish nationalist military regime in order to imply by force international influence.

Ali Hosseini Khamenei's death and the circumstances surrounding it have led directly to a wholesale loss of international legitimacy for both the US Federalist and Jewish nationalist military regime, both regimes have lost an estimated 80-87% of their previously existing but largely inflated public sympathy. As a result, it is now certain the Jewish nationalist military regime will ultimately fail to meet International legitimacy standard and will likely end its life as a failed state.

Immediately after the death of Ali Hosseini Khamenei, a strong aerial conflict erupted primarily utilising sub sonic and super sonic weaponry, in which a large range of specialised targets within the Jewish Nationalist military state were destroyed, throughout the campaign, Jewish Nationalist defensive capabilities were all but wiped out, with pre-existing defensive capabilities long advertised by the Jewish political and military state reduced and ridiculed. A large number of high grade military weapons and facilities belonging to the US military and advertised as having a defensive capability for the end purchaser within the region of the near east in which they were deployed, were also destroyed. The exchanges were all unnecessary, but were, as can plainly be seen in the public space, brought about by an extreme form of nationalist stupidity commonly and obviously present in the US Federalist and Jewish nationalist regimes and so-called 'governments' at present.

There are many levels of damage which occur in solid and pre-fabricated structures inside Seismic activity high risk areas and regions, which are determined by the level of seismic activity, but also by strength of structure, construction materials and historical wear and tear, moderate Earthquake magnitude may cause severe damage in areas with weak structure construction, severe Earthequake magnitude may cause moderate damage where construction material is far stronger, depth and seismic period of seismic activity also determine the level of damage experienced. Wherever Earthquakes are present, the period from first activity, typically a gentle swaying motion of the ground from side to side, to swaying motion with slight elevation, it is the first few seconds which count in and for the human mind, ALL structures need to remain standing for the longest period of time to maximise safe evacuation. Successful Earthquake preparedness and civil society construction predparedness MUST entail building for the highest quality universally. In the video above, a civil engineer begins the work of lower level damage assessment for those buildings which remain standing, but which may now carry a level of superstructure damage that may require demolition of the structure, despite appearing otherwise viable and healthy. Many buildings which remain standing in Venezuela, and may seem completely safe to re-enter, are in fact fit only for demolition.

*Third Provisional Assessment is $167,000,000 (one hundred and sixty seven million US dollars) are immediately available for emergency shelter, food, water, medicines and immediate needs for directly affected, secondary affected and generally affected, including assistance with distribution of goods, mobilisation of food and water supply, treatment of food and water supply and setting up of temporary accommodation, followed by a main tranche of $259,000,000,000 (two hundred and fifty nine billion US dollars) for rebuilding to sufficient standard all buildings destroyed in the Earthquake, earthquake proofing and safeguarding, infrastructure proofing standards, roads, railways, pedestrian and other public service byways all rebuilt to sufficient Earthquake proofing standards compliance. Major and minor local and national Government rebuilding, all to Earthquake proofing standards compliance, so initial investment, followed by main tranche spending allowances followed by budget over-runs which should be expected due to the nature of the work being done. We estimate a tidy $506,000,000,000 (five hundred and six billion US dollars) over the next 10 years. All of it directly and immediately debitable from national oil revenues.

These figures are in addition to public funds currently being collected by charities and aid organisations throughout the World. Insurance premiums however they might exist are not appropriate as they are unable to sufficiently ensure quality of forward development especially in the science of natural disaster preparedness and disaster-zone construction theory/practice.

While these estimates may seem high, and certainly higher than is seen elsewhere, these figures include a more realistic approach to international construction within areas at high risk of seismic activity, building within these areas requires more specialist construction knowledge, superior materials science, more precise construction supervision and far more research and development, in addition, maintenance regimes on construction completion to ensure stability over the longer term are default.

When natural disasters such is this strike, it is understandable to want to concentrate foremost on the human loss encountered, and the social implications of that loss, but equally one must concentrate on the future, and to ensure as much is done as possible to ensure further losses are not encountered, despite ongoing seismic activity, which is an entirely natural process.

Venezuela must be supported by the International Community beyond the current malaise over fossil resources, and beyond the current political malaise about whom does and does not control those resources, indeed, Venezuela has an opportunity here to become a powerful and sturdy example of humanities greater spirit for the future. It is unnacceptable for any entity to claim that a Socialist nation does not have the capacity to stand as an example for governmental planning and foresight, when Venezuela, among others, stands at the forefront of humanities greatest existential challenge on Earth, life amongst the seismic habitat and environment.*

Venezuela is of course the scene of an international criminal abduction, a criminal offence, undertaken and committed by the so-called 'Government' of the United States, which spent a lot of public treasure or money on 'advertising' that criminal offence, to criminally steal the natural resources of a foreign state. The US Government, which I can assure you is not much more than a common and institutionally criminal state, now accepts, in full, the monetary consequences of those decisions.

Nicolás Maduro Moros, the 53rd and current President of Venezuela, is currently illegally abducted by the so-called Government of the United States awaiting a criminal trial which is illegal under International law, the abduction is suspected to have been the malignant work of Mr Marco Rubio a known American nationalist extremist and fundamentalist operating within the US Department of State. The so-called US Government, in pursuit of a form of populism that would normalise that criminal state, is behaving in a manner that is entirely dependent on the ability to make headlines on internet websites and various small sector private news broadcasters, to breed within the public mind an acceptance of crime, its motives, and its outcomes. The International Community is, of course, vastly more professional and, therefore, entirely unconcerned with the security & safety of the so-called US Government and those whom purport to serve it. 

Of course the issue of abducting heads of states from their nations in order to engage in supposed equality of legal foresight exists primarily in the International Community under the auspices of International Law, under International Jurisdiction, process and guidance, a concept and framework the United States is neither signatory too, nor enactor of, the so-called US Government preferring to full-fill the role of International Policeman without law, court, jury or justice. There is not now, nor has there ever been, a nation state that has ever played that role. Nor has there ever been a nation state that survived for long in alliance to such a monstrous violation of the International spirit. Indeed, all nations that are foolish enough to state a belief in such nonsense are not merely bystanders to crime, but active participants in crime, and International crimes are supreme in nature. The United States Government is widely, throughout the World, considered the Worlds most corrupt state.

Throughout the entirety of the period from 1947 to the present day, the World knows almost nothing about the American populace due to the errant and corrupted nature of American polity, culture, society and media, leaving the American populace one of the most secretive in the World. Externally, the rest of the World knows only that which is designed to advertise a corrupted form of American government which is neither Capitalism nor Socialism, but likely an abhorrent form of deregulated Corporatism shared and operated by no other nation on Earth. This deregulated Corporatism is almost entirely dependent on Carbon Fossil resources and arrives within the US economy as a source of income in statutory form, the so-called Petrodollar, an income which is derived from oil-based transactions on monetary markets conducted by others but which the US Government profits from, this same profit is almost certainly being used to undermine other Governments around the World, even those whom profess a friendly disposition to the US Government.

Over recent years it has become obvious that the US Government is funding far right idealism through highly dubious private sector media corporations in other countries; in the UK, these ideas have no hope of settling in any political form, despite the so-called US Governments insistence to the contrary.

Curiously, since the induction of the Nationalist Donald J Trump into the office of US Federalist, an increasing number of wealthy Autocrats have begun to engage in setting up so-called media organisations that tend to permeate far right nationalist and sometimes even Fascist themed content toward the unsuspecting public, all directed toward the anti-war and anti-fascist majority most especially in Europe. The anti-war majority stood against US Federalist Government violent campaigns in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Libya, Venezuela and now the Islamic Republic of Iran. On each occasion the US Federal so-called Government has attempted to initiate campaigns of violence against usually smaller nations, the anti-war majority have advised against, and then been ignored. The so-called US Government instead choosing to initiate secondary acts of violence utilising Fascist and Nationalist themes in order, once again, to teach the wider public that crime and disorder are normal concepts that may be admired, publicly.

On a number of occasions, especially in the United States, conversations regarding the adoption of armed conflict within the United States and European area have been disseminated by far right media entities. A state of Armed Conflict within the Western World would only end in the pogrom of the Nationalist and its Fascist ideologue and their permanent expulsion from the entirety of western Government strata, both local and national, and no doubt, strong prosecution within the local, national and international environment.

In literal terms, far right idealism has as much standing within internationalism as looting does in natural disaster, tolerable up and to a point, but beyond that point quite unacceptable and worthy of strong and unforgiving suppression.

Perhaps you might want to name this 'double whammy' Earthquake after Mr Trump himself?

Yes, in fact we shall do exactly this, the Earthquake, a double strike occurred slightly west of Morón at El Guayabo, a coastal town in Northern Venezuela The Twin Earthquakes have caused extensive damage throughout the region, fatalities and injuries are expected to rise over the coming days, many fatalities have yet to occur, as many are currently trapped without the ability to move and will not survive for much longer, indeed over the course of the last few hours alone hundreds more have died from constriction and compression injuries; this incident is, naturally, one of the more serious incidents of its kind. At present the International Community is still responding to the incident, but will, as expected, arrive in due course with a clear and comprehensive plan of action in front of it.

Financial damage is provisionally estimated in the tens/hundreds of billions of dollars but will increase as time goes on.

The Peace has no Foe, nor enemie.

Abbas Araghchi condemned the US military aggression and violations of the Islamic Republic’s national sovereignty and territorial integrity

TEHRAN, June 10. /TASS/. Iran has the right to defend itself following US infringements on its sovereignty and territorial integrity, Tehran’s top diplomat Abbas Araghchi said in telephone calls with his Turkish and Saudi counterparts.

According to a statement released by the Iranian Foreign Ministry, during the conversations, Araghchi "condemned the US military aggression and violations of the Islamic Republic’s national sovereignty and territorial integrity." He also emphasized Tehran’s "inherent right to lawful self-defense."

Earlier, the US [amended] claimed a series of strikes on Iran following the claimed downing of a US Apache helicopter over the Strait of Hormuz. In response, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) targeted US bases.
