We are not currently accepting comments from the United States or its dependencies due to the usual foreign policy problems which exist there. We wish the American people the best in being able to deal with their problems, which are obviously numerous.
We will of course continue to accept comments from other nations because they have a proven history of capable diplomacy and capacity.
